A price, not a sales call.

Tell us what the site needs and we will put a number to it. Free, no obligation, and nobody arriving to talk you into something larger than the job.

Route one

You already know what you need

Cameras to replace, a gate motor that has failed, a reader on one more door, an extension to a system we already know. Describe it, send a photo or two, and we can usually price it without coming out.

Route two

You are starting from nothing

A property with no system, or one that has aged out entirely. Photos and a short video of the areas involved still get you a price without a visit. Where they do not, a technician walks the site, free and with no obligation.

Your brief

Describe the job.

A few quick questions about the site and what it needs. Two minutes, and it asks the same things a technician would ask you on the phone.

WHAT GETS YOU A FASTER PRICE
None of this is required.
It just saves a round of questions.
  • The town or suburb the site is in
  • What kind of property, and roughly how big
  • What you are protecting, or what has stopped working
  • Any equipment already there, and roughly how old
  • Photos or a short video of the part of the site it concerns

Before you ask.

The questions people usually want answered before they send anything.

No. The quote is free, and so is the assessment that produces it, whether we price it from your photos or come out to the property. You owe nothing if you decide against the work. A callout fee only applies later, when a technician comes out to do the job itself.
Often, yes. Send photos or a short video and our technicians can price most jobs without leaving the workshop. Repairs especially: describe what the equipment is doing and we can usually give you a price or a close range from that alone. Without photos someone has to drive out and look, which is free, but you wait for a slot in the diary.
We answer the same working day. How quickly the written quote follows depends on whether we can price it from what you sent, or whether the site needs seeing first.
A scope and a price: what goes where, why it is there, and what each part costs. No mystery line items and no padding put in to be negotiated away later.
Often. When we assess the site we check what is still fit for purpose and build around it where that makes sense. We will tell you honestly when replacing something costs less than nursing it along.
It helps, and it does not work the way people fear. A range does not get you a more expensive system, it gets you a scope that fits the money instead of a proposal you have to turn down.
